We’re back!

2024, has been an amazing year so far and we’re going to end it on an even higher note.
Classes in the Irish Film Academy will start back on the 9th of November starting with Teen IFA.

Classes will incorporate acting technique (which is my specialty). Camera work of which I have decades of practical experience behind the camera, from my years with the IFA Dublin and in-front of the camera with Fair City where I spent 16 years as well as other projects that I have had the pleasure to work on.

My training is with the New York film Academy where I studied digital filmmaking and editing in London. I am also a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City where I spent years studying my craft and a school that boasts past Alumni i.e. Robert Redford, Paul Rudd, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Coolidge, Dennis Haysbert, to name but a few. IFA Students will also be flexing there creative writing muscles and work together to create relevant acting scenes for filming.

Depending on how the students feel, we will be inviting Parents in every few weeks to observe the class and to share in their teens creative work.

Meditation plays a key role for all actors in the industry and in the IFA we take 10 minutes at the beginning of class to train our minds to settle so we can work. Yoga Mats will be provided.

To sign up go to the booking page and we will see you very soon.
